It doesn't matter where the money is, if you lose a contractual dispute and you won't pay the amount a judge awarded he can freeze your assets anywhere in the world.
Not true. It's called jurisdiction. Not all country's have treaty's with others, in which they respect each others judgments. If Kessler has his money in the Cayman Islands, how in the world would a Danish court get to it?
In fact, in the US alone, a person may have trouble enforcing a judgement from one state to another.
