DeMarco won the title eliminator last night against Adjaho. He is now the lightweight WBC mandatory challenger. Valero-DeMarco. Who do you got and why? Discuss..

Valero will give up his title rather than face DeMarco. Not enough cash in a DeMarco fight. As for who would win? DeMarco is skilled enough to out box Valero for a couple of rounds. But I think DeMarco eventually trades with him and gets knocked out.

I haven't seen much of DeMarco but I'll go with VD and say Valero sparks him. When in doubt follow Ouma Fan an VD around like a loser and bet with them

Uhhhh, like January 2008 or somewhere around that time. Maybe a visit to LensCrafters would be a good investment

Valero in 3. DeMarco was lucky that Adjaho was stunned/faking last night or he was losing that fight.

That fight was set for 12. DeMarco I think had already turned it around. And i think Adjaho knew it. Which is why he biitched up

I think Valero is very beatable. But Demarco a little hot and cold when he gets the advantage.May just be tempered patience and maintaining control but Valero comes out like a buzzsaw and is strong early.Demarco was open all night for lefthands at Adjahos wanting...even slow slapping ones.At this point...I dont think Demarco has strengh and mindset to keep the early rush off and would have to punch it out.Favor Valero by tko.

I haven't been blown away by De Marco. I'm not a huge fan of Valero either but he probably stops him. If dude's just got a rock for a chin he might be able to outbox him. Maybe. I'd still pick Valero.

Can a champion refuse a mandatory challenge? I got Valero by KO too. DeMarco was hot headed last night and looked like he abandoned his game plan. He was just wildly swinging.

Yeah, all he has to do is give up that piece of garbage, paper title. Every real boxing fan knows that JMM is THE lightweight champ anyway.

Demarco fares well for a few rounds while boxing but the minute he starts trading shots with Valero it is over....
