If Gatti did abuse her, of course that is wrong, but it still doesn't justify premeditated murder.

The problem is the legal definition of premediation & psychological definition don't really match up...it's why so many serial killers end up on death row rather than in mental hospitals which is where I think they should be.

I'm with you up until the mental institution thing. I think they should just be made into fertilizer Though I guess studying them might in the long run help to detect those tendencies young; for whatever good that might do.

It's difficult I know.

That's the tricky thing, for people who have a stronger pre-disposition towards violent tendancies you can't intervene until they've committed a crime unless we're living in a Minority Report/Gattaca state.

I watch boxing to see guys box what they do outside the ring i could care less....everyone on this board is doing something shady in thier lives and so what. In the ring gatti provided nothing but great fights, all we should even care about. There are guys that may go to church every sunday and save baby pidgeons in their spare time, but is that how we decide who we want to see fight who ?? Rip gatti, wheather deserved or not too many people are dying for the dumbest reasons.
