Uh, Dothan's worse than I am, in the south of Alabama, nasty.
I hate summers. I used to live permanently in Alabama and still have bad memories of football practice. Two a day practices (and my position coach just happened to be the resident psycho) in the dead of summer with ungodly humidity and all that equipment and worst off the freaking helmet. Finally being able to take off the helmet was like being let out of prison. I have no doubt that boot camp is harder but at least you don't have to wear a helmet. I guess it was worth it.
I hate summers. Just thought I'd reiterate that.
I hate that sweat you get right after taking a shower.

I might have to stop lifting till late September or so as it's taking its toll on me, or get another window unit
Cold is always better; you can only take so much clothing off in heat.
