ye thats what i thought. but it has been going on for years now. when i was young i punched a hole in the wall and hit the stud. the ring and pinky knuckles actually bent around the stud

Sounds like youve damaged the Mysolin sheaf, if so theres not a lot you can do. Then again the trouble could be in the elbow through shock. Best get a good Osteopath to have a look

elbow? i had a bad cut at the base of my tricep that caused nerve damage in my elbow. could that be related?
