Exactly JMM fought Chris John in Indonesia for a bag of Hamburgers... 1 mil is surely worth a few months of someones time

Not to mention you dicks jumped on Floyd for fighting JMM instead of Pac, now your all defenders of Marquez... Holy shat your a bunch of nutters
How can you defend Floyd? The fight was signed, Marquez who has worked fucking hard to get where he is at is expected to just fuck off with a payout because Floyd ain't the draw he thinks he is?
That is his choice, if he wants to step aside for a mil than so be it.. JMM holds the cards on this one, thats why I shake my head at you guys for giving Floyd shit. He is contractually obligated to fight Marquez and offering him quite a pay day to step aside or To F#CK Off (using your words)

You can say all the shit you want.. Floyd is a draw and the numbers prove it.

I've found pretty much all of his fights to be exciting, or interesting to watch. Except a few of his fights above Jr Welterweight. At Super Feathweight he was a pleasure to watch, because he could be a boxer/puncher, because he had pretty heavy hands at that weightclass.

Hahaha, you're big fans, of course you would think that, you two having a debate on whether or not Floyd is boring would be awesome

Ice: What did you think of the Sharmba Mitchell fight?
JT: I thought it was great!
    Ice: So did I!

Whether a guy is boring or not is obviously pretty subjective. Unless you're talking about the Baldomir fight Overall I think he's been a fairly good watch.

I just took the Mitchell fight for what it was, a barometer for the Welter division...

Plus i'm not taking any shit from a guy named OumaFan... Need I say more

Well to be honest Ouma i don't know how anyone, could find these fights boring.

    Jose Luis Castillo 1
    Emmanuel Augustus
    Angel Manfredy
    Genaro Hernandez
    Diego Corrales
    Jesus Chavez
    Phillip N'dou
    DeMarcus Corley
    Arturo Gatti
    Zab Judah

    ETC.

I tend to like skillful fighters over exciting brawling type fighters, of course i like to see a good toe to toe war like anybody else. But i just love the way a good boxer breaks down an opponent, like James Toney for example.

I agree ICE, those were for the most part fun fights. Some might have been a bit too one sided to be considered really exciting (I always though the N'dou fight was a bit overrated as a good fight, that was an ass kicking, N'dou was just tough)

Zab Judah? I don't know, I haven't seen it in forever but I thought it was more an ok fight.

The fights with Baldomir and even De La Hoya wee snoozers, for me anyways. Hatton fight was hilarious in its own way. The Gatti{RIP}fight was very entertaining if you like slaughterhouses The Judah debacle was great. But yeah those Angel Manfredy days were good fun and he was dynamic. I just think he's a butt hole but you'd have to be an intern at the Institute for the Blind to ignore his talent.

I still haven't heard of JMM's feedback on this. Imo he should speak up. It seems like he doesn't wanna offend Floyd or something.

I will be the first to say though up until he left 135 I was a fan all of a sudden after 135 he turned into a boring fighter

Do not get me confused on his talent, I respect what he is capable of but I am strictly talking on a PPV basis

You found the Zab Judah fight boring ? i found it exciting because Floyd Mayweather Jr looked in trouble early on, which made it exciting because you wasn't sure how it was going to go, then he comeback and started to destroy Zab Judah with some beautiful boxing.

Then the whole riot thing made it even more exciting. I didn't think the ODLH fight was too bad either, i remember alot of people on this site saying it was a better fight, than they expected it to be.

What the hell was wrong with the Judah fight

He landed everything on Baldomir, and didnt want to sell out and lose a trillion dollars to fight DLH

DLH, you mean the fresh lively 154lb version that pac DIDNT FIGHT?

That's exactly where i stand with Floyd! At the lower weights he was very exciting to watch; amazing skill mixed with knockout power. He did have some boring fights but to label him a "boring fighter" is personal preference, not a fact.

My negative feelings towards the guy is based on his mouth. Calling himself the "cash cow," saying he's the best fighter to ever fight, certain excuses he throws out there about why he doesn't fight certain people, etc. I respect the fighter, but I don't respect the person.

I'll admit to Floyd fighting a more dangerous version of Oscar. But did you really expect Manny who fought at 130 at March of 2008 to be able to fight Oscar at 154 by December of the same year?
