My trainer and I just go to the body when we spar. Sometimes jabs up top.
Cus he suffered a brain tumour when he was younger and had to have it removed back then, so its not safe to go hard up top with him.

Real good trainer and good guy though.

He just doesn't like Benn. Thinks he has no skill or defense.

And while I will agree with my trainer, that HIS favorite fighter, James Toney would KO Benn at 160, I don't think Tito could have done it.

Even if Tito hurt Benn, then the "Dark Destroyer" woulda got up and run thru Tito like a hot knife thru butter.
