Why do you think people were leaving Madison Square Garden at round 9 of "The Unification" Bitchsko v Ibragimov fight ? Don't make me laugh Lyle.
Well actually yeah, the Klitscko are extremely popular in GERmany, I can certify you that, I live in Luxembourg and most of my german friends (living 30 minutes away in Germany) aren't boxing fans but when the ukrenians are fighting and they are aware of it, they always go for a look. There is also at least 2 commercials that I am aware where they played in Germany too, so yeah, they didn't come for Haye but for Wlad or Vitali, seriously. Sorry Leftylee but on that one, I have to go with Lyle.
They may be popluar but answer me this. You think if Bitchsko v Chagaev was the fight all along and Haye was out the picture, you think 60,000 tickets would have still been sold ?

Not a chance in hell.
honestly? I am certain it would be close; Instead of paying hoping Haye would get killed, they would have promoted the fight with something like "the toughest challenge of Wlad for the past couple of years" or a line like that (that we agree or not on the case can be discussed but shocklines like that work) and peoples would want to see Wlad against the real deal. I am sure that the hairy freak would sell a lot too because peoples want to get him smacked.

Now a question for you: NOw that Haye acted like a dick and that we've all seen that even in his late 20, his balls are still not down, do you think that the chance that he'll sell anything outside England are good now?
