I am speechless and disheartened.. The tragedies that have ripped a giant hole in this sport lately are painful to say the least, youngblood brought up a point last month about people die everyday, but when you look at what alot of these fighters have given us its hard not to make a point of mentioning it or feel grief and even make sort of a big deal

Well there is no denying there is currently an anomaly happening, with an unusual amount of well-known boxers dying in violent and unnatural circumstances. I think it is variance that just happens to be hitting close to home for us as boxing fans. Has little to do with them being boxers, and just that, an anomaly. And yes, it does suck.

This has truly been a rough year for boxing. Whether it be because of injuries, fight cancellations, or the more tragic deaths that have occurred this year. Rest in peace Vernon Forrest.

First A.Arguello, then A.Gatti, then M.Tyson's daughter... now V.Forrest. Who next ? Very sad news. His back to back victories over Mosley look even better when you look at what Mosley has done since. Still a suprise to me that he was easily Ko-Ed by Mayorga and then also lost their rematch on points but very sad day for boxing and will be sadly missed

I think I watch to much Boxing. This the 3rd time this month I wake up and read about a fighter dying and it pretty much ruining my day. It stays in the back of my head all day.
