Ok so,started boxing a bout 4 weeks ago. Since then i have been training (in the boxing gym) twice a week and running 6 miles 2-3 times a week. Ive been eating pretty healthily. Now, my problem is when i started i was 12st 10lb...4 weeks on, i have only managed to get down to 12st 5lb, losing roughly 1-2lb a week.
How can i lose a bit more fat as i feel like im doing loads of hard work, for not a lot return. I was expecting the weight to come off a lot quicker than it has.
EDIT: i am 5ft 11" and i think i should be around the 11st mark?
