they'll never murder again if they get the death penalty. 0% recidivism.
That's one thing I like about the south is that they still have the death penalty. Justice must be serve.
What a waste of life, family members on both sides are going to suffer, lets hope that the right man swings.
Violence begets violence. Peace, love and understanding is what the world needs. The death penalty while making angry people feel vindicated serves to reinforce more violence. Anyone who knows someone in policing and legal circles knows it's more about career advancement than the truth, the bigger the conviction, right or wrong the bigger the recognition for those involved and the bigger the career advancement. There is nothing bigger than a murder conviction with a death penalty, right or wrong, those involved usually don't care, the result is usually the main focus. Justice is not always served. Keep that in mind.
My thoughts and prayers with VF family and in particular with the child who saw it all go down. A sad sad loss not just to the boxing world but to the society VF lived in. A great guy and a great loss. RIP.

well they'll probably threaten him with the maximum punishment which probably would be 25 to 30 yrs for being an accomplice and for theft, but if they threaten on putting the full sentence on him, and well the guy will sing like a canary if they offer him a shorter sentence
