Iv'e used it in powder form but guess principle is the same. At first, say for 4 or 5 days, you should take it whether training or not. The 'loading' phase. Then just on days you are training. But you really should try to take on a lot of water, its quite important. Also, i'd say don't use it for a longer cycle then about 3 weeks.
