Very nice. Nothing better for the younger generation. It teaches respect, controll and most of all confidence.
I would put a bit of pad work in your video but other than that it looks good.

Thanks! I have been coaching combat sports for 12 years, boxing for 7 years and have been building this team for the past 2 and a half years. I got into coaching a lot earlier than I wanted to because of injuries.
