If he was, you would see Floyd's antics/behavior more blatantly than you see them now, trying to outdo Marquez and be the loudest at the party. When Cotto beats Pac and Floyd is forced to fight him, Floyd will probably be more subdued as well since Cotto has that laid-back, professional style about him that won't incite attention starved people like Floyd.

In terms of the money issue, you can still have a sense of accomplishment without bragging about what you have. I don't see these rich celebrities bragging about what they have. It makes Floyd more unlikable IMO.
So you dislike brash, flashy boxers? You must have really got irritated by Trinidad then.
He got you there pal
Not really dude. Floyd and Tito were totally different. Tito flashy? He never bragged about how much money he had. Never saw him rolling dice with Papa Trinidad up against a wall in El Morro. Never saw him counting his cash in front of the camera (Mo' Money Tito? I don't think so!). Tito was always a better people person than Floyd. Tito was more endearing than Floyd. I've never seen/heard Floyd thrill a crowd like Tito (see vs. Mayorga @ MSG). Tito fought for his country and his fans? Mayweather? You know the answer. He ain't fighting for JT Rock or JazzMerkin. I don't mind Floyd's confidence in himself. But his behavior reveals a deep seated inferiority complex/low self esteem IMO, if you analyze it psychologically.
