147 lbs division. Cotto will go down 2 lbs. Cotto last weigh in is 146 lbs = (-1)

Do the MATH. I think its FAIR!

Ruining what little is left of boxing . Why not add a 4th strike to baseball, or a 10pt football score ..... When Pac retires you will see that he will have left the sport in tatters all in selfishness. He should only earn a title at it's given weight. Lack of respect to the Champions and the sport.
