IMO you're doing way too nmany sets per workout and you're not doing squats. I would make it way shorter, less complicated and more intense.
Something like this:

squats 3 sets
bench press 3 sets
chin ups 3 sets
military press 3 sets
upright rows 3 sets
sit ups 3 sets
B
deadlift 3 sets
calf raise 3 sets
incline press 3 sets
bent over rows 3 sets
lateral raise 3 sets
zottman curls 3 sets
OBV you could substitute exercises or change w/e u feel u need to. I just threw this together in 2 mins so its not set in stone. Notice how its simple, yet hard.
