apparently not when he helps hold the record for most PPV buys, DLH didn't do it alone, other DLH fights that were already expected to have lots more entertainment value didn't sell as much as that fight
I never said that Floyd didn't bring some of the numbers in, I know he has his fans, but the truth is, before he fought Oscar or Hatton, his highest ppv number was 374,000 against Zab Judah. He did 365,000 against Gatti, and 325,000 against Baldomir, so yeah he can claim that he's part of the ppv record, but it was mostly Oscar's doing.
And on that, it is Gatti who did drag all the assistance as Gatti was one of the most charismatic fighter and interestingly enough, one of those who did the biggest amount of headlines for HBO.
