No one told me. Trainers just give ya a pair of gloves then say put them on. I figured you put your hand in as deep as ya could. After trying it the old way it's crazy that I use to punch the bag like that. With the old method my hand wasn't even really closed I'm surprised I never broke a bone "only bruised".
Have to thank ya guys again everything is just coming together better. I feel like I have better control of my gloves "I know that sounds strange since I'm holding them". This has made hitting the bag fun again. I just did another 4 rounds without even thinking about it since I don't feel anything when I hit so I can work on power/speed/tech.
