Nothing is wrong with Salita. He fights out of New York and I've seen him fight a few times. He is a good, above-average boxer with decent speed, but he doesn't pack a big punch. Khan's weakness is glaringly obvious - his chin. Plus, the fight is on Khan's home turf. A win for Salita in the UK would be a BIG upset. Because Maidana has a big punch all he has to do is get within Khan's reach and he beats him.

On another note, I disagree to an extent that Maidana is such a limited fighter. I remember thinking Maidana beat Kotelnik in Germany, but robbed by the decision and he has also beat Ortiz.

What follows is a little update, it looks like fighters are scrambling to fight Maidana in order to obtain the chance to fight the Khan/Salita winner.

Blimey.. Team Khan will have a headache trying to keep this title. Every funker in the division wants him. They certainly can't use the old "ducked" excuse.

Khan has a fragile chin, Maidana is a monster puncher. But with Freddie Roach on Khan's side, I think Amir would pull a UD.
