That's why I don't rate him much, before he moved up to 140 Floyd was making noise and getting attention for the right reasons, he was fighting some good fighters and looked impressive in some fights.

All he does now is fight old/smaller fighters. He probably thinks (or expects us to believe) beating Baldomir and Judah was a division clearout and his work is done at Welterweight. He retired when the top Welters started fighting one another and comes back after to fight a bloody lightweight!

neither Mosley Cotto or Pacquiao want a part of Paul Williams and neither of them are trying to fight Berto.
