Marquez would be a tougher fight than Cory Spinks. I mean, come on now. You talking about Marquez being done, yet at the same time you bring up Cory Spinks? You see his last fight? Spinks is done. Him getting a gift win don't change that fact. His reflexes are gone. And he don't even hit as hard as Marquez did.

This. Marquez ain't nowhere near done, he just happened to be fighting an ATG. Years from now people will look back & realize just how great Marquez is. I'm not play like the weight doesn't matter at all, but Marquez is not an easy fight for anyone, but Mayweather made him look so.

The only guys around that area who I would say are definitely tougher fights than Marquez are Mosley, Williams & Cotto. Have to wait & see on Pacquiao. I thought Spinks edged Latimore, but guys who're having close fights with DeAndre Latimore just don't beat Floyd Mayweather. Marquez IS the best. Mayweather just happens to be better.

I agree. Lattimore ain't a bum. But he's several levels below Mayweather.

That's why I don't rate him much, before he moved up to 140 Floyd was making noise and getting attention for the right reasons, he was fighting some good fighters and looked impressive in some fights.

All he does now is fight old/smaller fighters. He probably thinks (or expects us to believe) beating Baldomir and Judah was a division clearout and his work is done at Welterweight. He retired when the top Welters started fighting one another and comes back after to fight a bloody lightweight!

He should have already fought Margarito, Cotto, Mosley he is a frickin Welter for crying out loud.

There is fuck all wrong with guys making fights for big paydays once there career starts to come to a close, they all do it but Floyd has been making these fights in his prime againsed faded fighters. Does anyone else not see this shit?
