The Mayweather camp had highlighted the hook and hold tactics of Hatton and why shouldnt Hatton get told about it without looking at the scorecards i think it was 98-92 Floyd before the KO so no Hatton werent going to win if Hatton was a better fighter he would have had a plan B and fought from distance but he couldnt because he would get picked off easier. I remember Hatton saying before the fight if he stands toe to toe with me he's gunna get eaten well Floyd did and he was far better at rough house tactics than Hatton and in my mind this was the fight that finished Hatton he took to many clean hard shots over 10 rounds and Pacquiao got the scraps that were left. I know your a massive Hatton fan but he got beat by the better fighter one of the best fighters of all time.
