Yes. Martinez is a natural 154'er, that's where he beat Cintron (twice). I'd imagine Clottey is moving up because he is a massive welter and no one, not even Mosley apparently, will fight him at 147.

Martinez would be a good substitute for Clottey if he can't get Sugarman, but I think its another close fight that he loses

Because HBO is really pushing for Mosley to fight Berto on January 30th. I guess they promised him 3 dates next year.
