Hopefully this makes Cris train harder and maybe we could see an Arreola-Peter fight!

Agreed I thought he was going to go sooner but like you said he seemed prepared.

I though Chris looked the best physique wis that I can remember another 15lbs and he would actual;ly look decent for a HW.

He showed heart I just hope he did not leave his best in the ring in the result of a beating.

I am an Arreola fan now based on his effort alone, he is no push over and with a bit of work has a future
Same here Daxx, I'm sure he has earned a lot of fans from his effort last night. I hope he fights Haye in the near future (should he dispose of the hairy one), perfect match up in my mind.

Very surprising workrate mate, especially at his age. The Klits have had a few boring fights between them and I myself have said so but you have to respect the discipline and dedication to boxing they both show. I wonder how long Vitali will fight on for? He looked about 28 last night.

All these people slating Chris for crying are fools and would probably shit in their shorts at the sight of Vitaly stood opposite them.
I think 90 percent of those punches were jabs

I would like to see Haye Vs Arreola myself, I pick Chris to win by KO.

So he got emotional about the fight...can you blame him? Better for him to have emotion than to fold up shop like Sam Peter.

Well first off it was a better fight then i was thinking it be. Vitail to me is better then his brother is his out put and footwork was great. I mean for his size and age I thought his movement was great. As for Arreola i think his reaction at the end of the fight and during the fight was refreshing. I mean i havent seen any passion in a hw fight against bros for a while now.

Agreed. I must admit though we all laughed and hit rewind 4 or 5 times to hear that tearful explanation ......." fuck!!!"

    It was awesome.

Yeah the crying was understandable, he was fighting for history and for pride....he was emotionally invested up until the end which usually doesn't happen against the Klitschko's.

Wlad and Vitali usually beat the fight out of their opponents...that wasn't the case with Arreola, he kept coming forward and kept trying for the KO even though he was seriously overmatched when it came to skill, experience, and power.

I hope after the Klitschko's unify, they let a belt slip away to Cris Arreola, he deserves a shot at one vs someone he has a better shot at beating.

Agreed that was one thing I noticed myself, the footwork was impressive as hell, not too mention his stamina maintained itself.

What I liked even more was Vitali showed he can fight while on the move...That is something we don't see in the HW division often

Pay attention to the shit that means something and not the crying....if Michael Jordan can cry after winning a Championship then Arreola can cry after losing, give it a fucking rest already.

I agree, but people looking at the punch stats only shouldn't think he looked like Juan Diaz in there

If anyone looked like Juan Diaz it was Arreola (he was a little tubby still).

These are heavyweights, everyone knows the Klitschko's like using punches not always for effect but for strategy, for guys to move their guard around, and that's what it was. A couple left hooks, a couple uppercuts, a couple pawing jabs, or I haven't even figured out the term, but after Vitali has thrown a right cross and he punches again really quickly but with less power....whatever that is, he landed a lot of those too
