Apparently Prizefighter to go global..

Barry Hearn the brains behind the Prizefighter series in the uk, is in talks to take the show on the road and he says there is already one lined up in South Africa and he is in talks with the tv bosses in the Usa to take it over there.

I think that would be great to have some quality fighters in the each weight class doing the Prizefighter, ok we wont have a 147 one involving Floyd,Pac,Cotto Mosley etc etc. But we could have some great comptition.

Say there was a heavyweight one in Vegas or somewhere in the States I could see there being quite a solid line up, maybe:

Toney
Chambers
Arreola
Johnson
Thompson
Brewster


With a couple more, I think most divisions could come up with some great Prizefighters without the very top guys being involved what do you reckon?

yeah but why waste seeing a 3 round fight if you can see a 12 rounder. It's better to see 2tier oposition in these tournaments but not the top guys in the division
