I have fought in the amatuers in the super heavyweights well the heavyweights to the pros. I am 6'3 228lbs at the moment. Sorry can't break that down into keys at the moment. In my pic I weighed a little more. Around 233 lbs at the time. Tim had a bad foot for a while he weighed around 260 - 265 and is about an inch maybe two taller.

Well, the last time I boxed was in 2006 so I am quite out of shape for boxing. I am just a weightlifter now and I help coach. My days are over and I'm loving it. I don't miss the cutting weight and rigorous training. Okay, maybe a little. Weird. But I am now around 177lbs. I started boxing at 106 and fought every weight in between up to 147lbs. My last bout was at the 2006 Golden Gloves nationals at 119lbs. I really got down for my last 2 years of boxing. I was 30 when I last box and I think that is a good time to quit. I never went pro because I was always going to quit every year. So if I boxed today I would be 5'6" and 177lbs. Of course I would never box at light heavy so I would at least get down to welterweight.

I'm light heavy. Can go to middleweight with two months rigid exercise. Last time I had a rigid exercise, I weighed 150 lbs.

Interesting. Flips rarely go higher than 140. Yet the forum has 2 that are suppose to be Light heavyweights.

5'11 205lb with titties and a gut these days

When I was on point and trained MMA a few years ago I was about 185-190lb lean and mean. probably cut to lightheavy and rehydrate strong.

I walk around at 185ish just over the professional light heavy limit.
I often wonder if I could boil down to to super middle and then rehydrate - but you don't really get that luxury when you weigh in an hour or two before you fight!

If I ate enough I could probably get closer to 195 and be a pretty small cruiserweight... not that that would be a good thing...

5.10 (more or less) and something like 178 pounds, so I should fight without any problems the light heavy as 3 pounds is easy to lose but in the facts, by boxing standards, I think that I if I should train seriously, I would fight more like 157 or something.

In 1982-83 I fought in the Golden Gloves here in Indiana and was subnovice welterweight champion at 146 in 1983. I am 5-9 and weigh 168 now.

Last time I had some rigid exercise my wife got pregnant.
