I'm light heavy. Can go to middleweight with two months rigid exercise. Last time I had a rigid exercise, I weighed 150 lbs.

Interesting. Flips rarely go higher than 140. Yet the forum has 2 that are suppose to be Light heavyweights.

5'11 205lb with titties and a gut these days

When I was on point and trained MMA a few years ago I was about 185-190lb lean and mean. probably cut to lightheavy and rehydrate strong.

I walk around at 185ish just over the professional light heavy limit.
I often wonder if I could boil down to to super middle and then rehydrate - but you don't really get that luxury when you weigh in an hour or two before you fight!

If I ate enough I could probably get closer to 195 and be a pretty small cruiserweight... not that that would be a good thing...

That's just it. I boiled down last year for a fight in a major championship, from 160 to 154, then ended up 156.5 the one morning and had to steam that off 3 hrs before the championship fight. Was in another world in the ring, echo-ey, dreamy, and lucky I didn't have a hard hitter across from me.

Now, it is all I can do to get and stay at 165 and not end up taking those risks again. Guessing I'll prob. end up a cruiserweight before I know it, whether I like it or not.
