You do not have to have it connected. Phone them and they send the signal through to the dish whilst your on the phone to them.

Can you watch it on a vergin meidia package? or is the channel only avaliable to sky viewwers Really disappointed if you can only get it on sky. Don't particularly enjoy watching poor quality free streams of fights on the nternet

You'd better ask them that. I'm sure he asked me if my box was connected to the phone. He wanted my viewing card number too but didn't say how they send the message to the box to show the fight.
