The idea that Dirrell, who hasn't DESTROYED anyone, is going to destroy someone who has gone twelve and won against Pascal and Taylor is slightly amiss i'm afraid. I think Dirrell is gonna make him look silly for a while, but for twelve rounds, i doubt it........
The only way I see Dirrell winning is by a decision. And the only way he's doing that is by running on the outside pot shoting Froch. Even then he'll find that hard to do with 10k Froch fans screaming at him to engage, his ego wont allow it.
My only concern is that I've already heard Froch say he'll come into his own by the mid rounds, it's as if he's already given Dirrell the early rounds. Hopefully he isn't just relying on grinding him down in the later stages like he luckily did against JT.
Froch needs to go in and take him to war early on, not let Dirrell settle into a rythum picking him off all night long...
Froch is proven he can compete at a world class level, I still dont think he is a great fighter but he is durable and strong. Dirrell isnt really proven and I think he is a question mark at this point. Based on some of his previous fights he will never amount to a top p4p in my opinion but I am not saying he doesnt have the skills to beat a froch who hasnt necessarily been blowing away the world class opposition he faced......
I think Dirrell has the hand speed and athletism to pepper froch with combos and win the first 4 rounds but I dont think he will have the stamina to do it for 12 rounds....I also am interested to see how much pop Dirrell has and if it bothers Froch.....

I put 100 bucks on Dirrell Ko a while ago, but if he loses than ill admit i underestimated Froch
I dont think there can be a confident prediction either way
The reality is, Froch can be out boxed quite easily, taylor was teeing off on him with regularity till he gassed late..Taking nothing away from Carl he did what a champ is supposed to do and find a way to win even if he waited to the 35th minute of the fightHe is durable with a decent chin and great power, proper OX that boy. On the downside he is a face first plodder with the coordination of an elephant.
Dirrell on the other hand is raw and inexperienced with a boat load of talent.. Can he put it altogether and show out, or will Froch mow him down? Hard to figure really
