I dont think there can be a confident prediction either way

The reality is, Froch can be out boxed quite easily, taylor was teeing off on him with regularity till he gassed late..Taking nothing away from Carl he did what a champ is supposed to do and find a way to win even if he waited to the 35th minute of the fight He is durable with a decent chin and great power, proper OX that boy. On the downside he is a face first plodder with the coordination of an elephant.

Dirrell on the other hand is raw and inexperienced with a boat load of talent.. Can he put it altogether and show out, or will Froch mow him down? Hard to figure really
