Hollywood and stardom in general has a very distorted sense of privilege to it. Just another disgusting example of it by anyone supporting him and not feeling he should be prosecuted. If it was Joe Smoe around the corner and certain people were suggesting he be given leniancy, everyone else would be appalled.

let's not forget that there are a large number of people who are quite happy to get used and abused by these people just so they are famous by association.

Ya well I don't buy any part of that as a justification. It is kinda like saying, that poor Bernard Madoff, him and his kind have all sortsa people coming to them throwing money hoping to get rich. Except worse, cuz it's a childs innocence being taken and that can't ever be replaced.

You're right I not condoning what I did but where was the partental responsibility in letting her go to him? It doesn't give him a right to do what he wants but we also know those in Hollywood are judged differently and people offer themselves up to be part of the in-crowd.

Hell it happens in the playground, the geeky kid who wants to fit in.
