Actually, given two fighters with equal strength - the one with the smaller fist will hit with more force.

Mathematically, that's because the force of the blow has less surface area to be dissipated by.

Impact yes but the momentum would be greater with a larger fighter and maybe the fist would have an effect.

So it would be best to have a large very powerful fighter with small very fast hands.
