sergio isn't any more skilled than pavlik. he's just as basic but much more athletic and a lot faster. forrest of few years ago would've beaten him rather convincingly.

Completely disagree, skill wise Martinez is light years ahead of Pavlik. Watch his footwork, his slip and parry skill, his jab etc. With Pavlik you get plodding forward throwing 1-2's.Originally Posted by sumkalambay

he knows to move in more ways than forward. otherwise, he's your typical athletic talent. it's all in-and-out with him. he does counter better.
