Cintron, average, can't really agree with that. He's only lost to Margarito (twice) and Martinez (twice in one fight). He's a two time Welterweight title holder and it's likely he'll find someone to pick off for a title at 154.
The guy has great athleticism and great power. Sure he whines like a biitch, but
he is an above average whiny biitch.
