Did you see the Cotto Fight, Cottos Nose was smashed from a clash of heads this affected Cottos stamina Margarito then walked through 6 rounds of pounding before Cotto slowed enough for Margarito to catch him

I saw no proof in that fight that hand-wraps would have made and difference in that fight

Also, Roach said it clearly, we have no proof, but fans are not that stupid. Tony was caught trying to use plaster against an old man whom most thought he had no chance. Why would you use plaster against an old man and yet not try to do it against an undefeated young fighter in his prime? Is there any logic to it? Not in my book. That is like fighting the king of the school yard fair fight and then going out and beating up girls with brass knuckles

That's it Sonny, we'll never know unless someone at some point comes forward and admits Margarito plastered for Cotto. But there will forever be speculation because he is a known cheat now and cannot be trusted. He deserves the scorn and taint on his record in my opinion. (I know not everyone will agree). But I'd love to see an asterisk beside his name in any records of history. Just to let future people know, this sport has no place for that kinda thing. People are dying from and living with brain injuries as it is, without the help of a cheat with no concern for rules or others safety.

Well... as I stated, I think there should never be a rematch, I will sure look at your videos but I really believe Marga should stay retired forever from boxing with a permanent red card tighten to his gloves.

How many cheaters do it just one time. I have a feeling he's been doing it when he could get away with it. When the other fighters people didn't check his wrappings.

I don't think anyone is really going to give him the time of day fro a fight. It's hard to say what a year layoff will do to him. I think barring the fighters he can't fight, and the weakness of the LMW division.. he is prob gonna get back to 154 where he belongs.

I am affected about the whole cheating thing. It's bad, he's wrong he should not be able to fight anymore, but it's not my decision. I think boxing's image is tainted by this. But I can always have my opinion.

Oh how I didn't miss this stuff.I dont know he cheat with Cotto,and neither does anyone else.Styalistcally...and the speculation will always thrive,he had Cotto beat!He f!!!ked up and deserves the scorn in the case of Mosley but reinventing history is another thing for me.

I am not so sure if he cheated against Cotto. How can we explain Margarito walking forward like a tank against a swarm of mosquitoes (Cotto's punches)? Did he put plaster on his face? Also, if Margarito was cheating that night, it would be a bit dumb of him to be parading his fists up high in victory walking around the ring, in front of all cameras, during the interviews after the fight, etc. Those kind of things make me wonder if he cheated or not.
