Did not really clear his name IMO, infact him saying that noone had put joppy down like that implied that he might have cheated.. He just said that Trinidad played against the rules while Margo down right broke them.

Big difference probably, but it did something to that explosive power he showed in the Joppy fight didn't it? So it may be a big difference but if it made him hit harder and his punches more effective then its still cheatin and an unfair advantage regardless isnt it?Considering all the hoopla that was made about Tito. Tito did nothing more illegal than Floyd being allowed to inject his hands with pain killers which is legal in some states and not in others.
Read the rule book.
