Well, you are saying 'without plaster' they got busted up worse, were these fights you seen very one sided? Got just one example? Cotto hardly took a one sided battering, it was the latter half of the fight he looked confused and hurt.

Nop not one sided at all.

Does this count? unless you wanna accused Marquez of usin plaster on his wraps dis pretty much cuts it.
Cotto took a beatin on the later half of the fight because his broken nose was makin him gas out and he was movin less and less as the fight moved on henceforth the reason why Margo started landing more shots in his face.

No one is ever going to know but conclussions are drawn.Nothing like 20/20 hindsight and some armchair detective work though.I think to point to Cottos busted up face as 'evidence' is somewhat weak.You can pick apart any era,any year of the sport and find mugs just as distorted and lumped up.Cotto was getting hit clean,body and head,much and from all angles.

IMO yes , lot of things happened in that fight , at the same time we have to add that Evangelista probably didn't be meticulous checking the wraps work , in that moment they had problems in their corner , so that would be ones of the consequences that could happened in that night.....
Other thing is , the way that Cotto been after the fight , he been inflamed during 3 weeks and bleeding through his ears , how can a boxer that don't have imminent punch as Margaro do that kind of thing ? , yes i know that probably somebody can give an answer , but why the doubt still existing..........

Everyone time he landed though, it would of been like getting hit with a bat, if the wraps were loaded

Nobody can say for sure but I think there's a lot more reason to say yes I think he used them than no I don't think he did. Its all speculation but there's reason to believe he did.

And Cotto didn't fight the right fight and yes he got hit clean a lot plaster or no plaster. I think Mosley would have always been a tougher fight stylistically for Margo but that doesn't mean Margo's wraps were necessarily clean for the Cotto fight.

Mosley landed quite a few bombs on Cotto too but his face didnt look like it did after the Margo fight. and i consider Mosley a much harder puncher than Margs..

Mosley landed quite a few bombs on Cotto too but his face didnt look like it did after the Margo fight. and i consider Mosley a much harder puncher than Margs..

Margarito landed alot more dan Mosley and in combinations of 4s and 5s...Mosley only landed lik 1,2s sure he hits harder but Margo hit him way more times and more effectively.
