    Although I assumed this was a Pele Reid thread when I opened it I have to say Roy was one of the most talented fighters ever yes - if talking talent alone. I don't think he did enough with it when at his peak to be an all time great.

    In my all time greats list he just scraped into the top 20 if I remember (did it a few months ago on another thread)

    ...I think he would have had some trouble in his weight classes 160-175 from some other all-time greats, but yes RJJ is definently a great fighter and was great to watch.
