Hmmm, maybe its not as daft as some may think, anyone remember the fight with Hatton V Stevie Smith in 2002 in Manchester?? The ref Micky Vann ( Hattons best friend ) very nearly got sparked by Stevie's dad 'Darkie smith" as he didnt like the decisions from Vann, he climbed in the ring and had a pop at him which resulted in the been stopped by DQ. In fact as a result i believe he was banned from been in his sons corner by the BBBC.

It's a slippery slope bro, is the prob. You can find one or 2 exceptions for just about anything in this world. There is more going on here then meets the eye and common sense imo. They gonna ban all cornermen, next time one does something stupid? Know what I'm saying?

Yep, dont get me wrong bro, i feel for the peeps whom would suffer from such a decision. On the other hand ya can also see how these things do happen. I remember a particular bout in the UK some years ago, a young boxer getting battered in the ring, and his mother of all people jumped in the ring from the front row and started hitting the other boxer with her handbag

it was her shoe, not her handbag, and her son ended up winning , should have been a DQ in favor of the other guy
