The best line of the interview:
Jt: "Golden Girls, listen to me! Quit hiding and put the candy down and let the little girl go."
I burst out laughing with that line.

Toney is still the king of smack talk but sadly his days as a top fighter are long gone.
I'd imagine Haye right now would cautiously outwork and outbox Toney to a close and safe decision.
Toney should have lost to Oquendo and Bachelder all he's fit for at this stage is retirement sadly.
I would love to see this fight because I think Toney has enough in the tank to win this fight. I know he was suspended from the WBA after the Ruiz fight but I'm not sure how long it was for.
I haven't actually seen Toney fight since the Rahman rematch if I'm honest, from all accounts he is truly a shell of himself, and really has no business calling any names out... Thing is, stylstically Haye is so made to order for Toney imo, if James were five years younger I would give Haye about as much chance to beat him as I'd give him against Vitali these days. Does anyone feel Haye wouldn't get picked apart and stopped if Toney was on form, really? I actually wouldn't mind seeing the fight made today, it would still be very interesting. I might feel differently if I'd seen Toneys latest outings, I just feel he has a bunch of things Haye has never had to deal with and I don't see David coping well.

I would actually give Toney a decent shot at beating Haye. Haye isn't going to work Toney too hard, I can see Toney starting slow and gradually beginning to grind down Haye. I can see it being a very tough fight for Haye to get through even now.
I wish Toney would stop talking and waiting for a big name to come to him. He needs to stay busy. The last fight didn't answer any questions for me. There is going to be no momentum gained by sitting around and then having a fight ready for next May.
