How many times must i say this? Manny is a different animal than he was then. Hes gotten more powerful and skilled. If you want to compare them in the marquez fight go ahead, but like i said Pac man has dominated in much more convincing fashion DLH and Hatton. When pac stops floyd your going to be telling yourselves. Wait..... that cant happen. He couldnt KO marquez, and I i'll again say i told ya so.
Luke I can see what your saying manny has definetly improved leaps and bounds which is scary.. But so has Floyd, Castillo was 7 years ago and Floyd had an injury and left 0 doubt in the rematch, as far as Judah and his speed, I saw the same Judah who gives everyone trouble for the 1st few rounds.. Hell Judah is the undisputed Champion of 3 rounders until Floyd was busting him the rest of the way bloodying him up and Judah quitting by lowblowing and hitting in the back of the head on purpose....
So thosse seem to be the 2 fights that everyone is basing Pacs success on, I mean really Roach is listening to that fatass old shot to pieces Castillo who is on their sparring payroll, thats the only way that guy could get a job anymore
pac damaged his own eardrum from his singing.
I think there's no question he has improved and flourished at this weight, but the fact that he struggled so much with MArquez but not any of his opponents since can't just be attributed to this. A big reason is the fact that he hasn't fought anyone since with a real straight right hand. Marquez has a great one he can counter with, which is going to give Manny huge problems no matter how much he could continue to improve. Thinking about it, the last guy before Marquez he fought that really had a good straight right, was Erik MOrales. Barrera's best punch is the left hook, Oscar and Cotto are almost exclusively left hookers, as far as actually being able to hurt you.. Am I wrongHe hasn't been hit with a single good right hand counter since he fought Marquez, you think MAyweather wouldn't land his?
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
