For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
This pretty sums up why I think Pac will win. His combinations are what has people all fuked up. They think he's done and hits them with 3 or 4 more. Pac is not the defensive master that Floyd is but he's improved enough to handle a potshot here and there. Floyd is barely hittable and when he is hit it's rarely clean, but Manny's combos should touch him enough to get the unanimous decision.Wow we finally agree on something...I think floyd will keep him on the end of that jab, but it will more more difficult than JMM or Judah, simply because of two things.
Manny's left handed which means Floyd will lead with rights that will take him closer to manny. Secondly, when I was watching the Cotto fight after the first round, I said "If manny picks up his activity cotto will be in trouble"..This is what makes the floyd-pac fight closer than I thought before. Floyd is a victim of his own success and hasn't really been able to put three or more QUICK combos together. He uses the Roy jones strategy of pot-shotting. Floyd hasn't really had to move ALOT during a fight since the second JLC fight. So it will be interesting to see How Floyd will handle the jumping bean Manny Pacquiao once he starts to bounce.

Nice interview, I still think PBF would win but you can't help but believe Roach.
Best quote from that article by Roach
I know he is hard to get to but we will get to him. Manny can match Mayweather's speed and he has better footwork and more balls![]()
Taeth, since you're the expert on Mayweather, can you tell me when the last time Mayweather was hit flush and who had the most success connecting against Mayweather?
- Isn't is possible Mayweather may fight Manny differently than he has fought other southpaws? What are the advantages to Floyd using this style as opposed to his usual style against a southpaw or Manny in particular? Admittedly, I need to rewach the Corley and Judah fights.
- Why wouldn't Mayweather use his size and reach advantage to counter and keep out of reach as has been successful for him in the past?

"Sixty forty I kicks yo' ass, Sixty forty I tears yo' ass up" - Roy Jones
I think there's no question he has improved and flourished at this weight, but the fact that he struggled so much with MArquez but not any of his opponents since can't just be attributed to this. A big reason is the fact that he hasn't fought anyone since with a real straight right hand. Marquez has a great one he can counter with, which is going to give Manny huge problems no matter how much he could continue to improve. Thinking about it, the last guy before Marquez he fought that really had a good straight right, was Erik MOrales. Barrera's best punch is the left hook, Oscar and Cotto are almost exclusively left hookers, as far as actually being able to hurt you.. Am I wrongHe hasn't been hit with a single good right hand counter since he fought Marquez, you think MAyweather wouldn't land his?
