Pacquiao is by far fighter of the year.

Pacquiao won world titles in two different weight classes (140 and 147) and in those two fights he beat the man who ruled 140 for years in Hatton and one of the best welterweights in Cotto.

Mayweather beating up a lightweight at welterweight does NOT deserve FOTY.

Mayweather will be fighter of the year if he fights Mosley and TKO him, then TKO Paul Williams. That's the only way I can agree to Mayweather being a fighter of the year.
