just got off the phone with a friend who's a pt, knows a ton of shit about fitness even trains a couple mlb players. He said what you said and told me to forget about Isos, also to keep it just two days a week for starters. He's gonna give three of my guys a strenght test and draw a plyo work out for them, once I get it I'll post it.

. Punching skipping can loosely be termed Plyos, Isos I feel where the line is drawn is open to debate, well for me it is. Its a name and discription given to a form of static ressistance, which Hinders sometimes what you are trying to achieve same as Plyos. Ive got things where theres a bit of Both in fact everything. People ask what do you class that as , my answer is exercise

. I will say this give something old a new name, then you can sell it. People in general were fitter 100 years ago than now, what we didnt have was todays medicans and Drugs to help. Talking the other day to someone who mentioned exercise and said theres nothing new its stuff thats being remembered, how long has Yoga been about, try old stuff put a new name to it sell it, I know we will call it Isometric stretching, make a fortune. Its the same principle. Or get a table Tennis Bat and Hit sensative areas near joints while they are moving and call it Rounders. Or get a Rounders bat and batter them with it and call it Plyometrics
