Here's what I think. 1. Pacquiao was called out by Mayweather, 2. Pacquiao is holding the WBA Welterweight title belt. 3. Pacquiao should defend the belt with at the maximum limit of 147lbs. 4. Pacquiao should go into the ring last. and 5. The split should be 51/49 toward the Title holder.
