I thought the thread was specifically started to point out the bullshit spewed from his mouth during that interview.

My point is that a thread started on an internet about what he does with his money, just gives him more publicity and translates to more ppv and ticket sales whether its negative or positive motivation

That point would be greater if it were being discussed on a different forum. I feel pretty confident that everyone on this forum would probably buy his fights anyway for this is a boxing forum.

no shit sherlock, not everyone buys the ppv's or subscribe to the networks. as a matter of fact most of the people crying about Mayweather ripping off the public here, are the same ones who pander for free streams and links to the fights week after week

I think you missed my point. My point was that these threads about him dont make him more popular because this a boxing forum and he'd be discussed anyway. It this were a forum for hardware tools and someone staring talking about him then his popularity would grow. But its a boxing forum so it doesn't matter that people on here are constantly talking about him.

Uh yea it matters, the difference between someone watching a shitty free link for a Floyd fight or someone paying the $50 to watch it. Yes I am talking about people on Boxing Forums too
