Is it common courtesy to give rep back?

whatever you want. I sometimes do, then I forget who I owe rep to, or i rep someone and then see they made a post I would have liked to have repped.

I owe you a load of rep but i can't give it back to you yet. You spread it way more than i do. Take that however you wish
