Exactley. Mayweather gave a proposal who knows what the hell it says. A 80/20 split in favor of Mayweather, to fight with ten ounce gloves and a 30 foot ring. Who the hell knows what the terms are. I believe if it is decent Manny will take it.

LOL! Awesome. I totally agree. That sounds like Mayweather terms too.

He is a crafty dude, though. He knows that as many people watch his fights to see him loss as to see him win, if not more. He doesn't care whether he's the good guy or the bad guy.

Mayweather's terms are ridiculous most of the time. Hell, he might say he wants the fight at 154 for all we know.
No buddy. Every article that I've read on the subject states the same thing: Floyd agreed to Arum's terms. It's all on Pac now. The discussion was always in regards to March. Now that push comes to shove, Pac doesn't like the date and wants the 60/40 split. This is BS.

I hope that all of the Mayweather-haters saying that Floyd always runs from fights, can finally admit that Floyd does want to fight the best. It's Manny and Roach who are running with their tails between their legs now.

March 13th is a bit early TBH. Pac only just fought Cotto and his ear was all busted up. The guy deserves a couple of months off before getting back into another hard camp. I much prefer the May 1st date really. Both fighters can be at their best with no questions asked. Maybe Mayweather can go the UK and have that eagerly awaited bout with Matthew Hatton in the meantime. It would keep his coffers filling up, which is all he really cares about anyway.

good point.everybody is blinded now because mayweather said he wants to fight.but under what terms we dont know. but what better way to make a fighter look bad than trying to fight him when hes not available. like trying to fight him 3 months after a big fight when he knows the other guy has not recovered yet.

Manny and Roach running their tails between their legs?

    You wish..

    From PhilBoxing:

    Exerpts:
    --------
Arum met with Pacquiao at the New World hotel in Makati City Friday in the presence of only one other person – Pacquiao adviser Michael Konz. Arum said “I had a meeting this morning and we went over all the points and now I have to go back to the United States and sit with the Mayweather people and finalize some very minor aspects and then we’ll have an announcement sometime next week.
    --------

Now lets see how the Mayweathers react to this.

YEah sure, that's why Floyd did refuse a juicy 8 millions to fight MArgarito and accepted a lower check pay for another fight instead. IF there is something, Manny always fought the best of the best. You really can'y say that from Floyd. Fact.

It's funny how you bring up old news when Pacquiao starts dodging. And just to set your facts straight, he earned the same amount fighting Baldomir instead of Margacheato and it was for a title. It was just the smart move. I'd pick the easier fight rather than facing someone with cinder blocks in their hands for the less prestigious title.

.....NOW back on topic (for all of the Floyd-haters bringing up their old hate-topics).. Manny has agreed to fight on March 13 so it looks like we'll get to see his ass-whoopin after all.

Still think Floyd doesn't want to fight the best? He seems to be making all the first moves now Manny seems to be a bit of a diva. I hope the "minor adjustments" Pac wants ironed out in Arums contract don't put the fight in jeopardy. LETS SEE IT!
