While both would beat Hatton, I highly doubt that JMM could do it easier than Cotto. Firstly, while I don't agree with the "toughness" comment, you could make an argument for it. Secondly, Cotto is WAY bigger and WAY stronger than JMM. Not only does he know how to counter (which would be JMM's biggest tool), but he can box and fight as well. His best days may be as far back as pre-Marga-cheato, but to last 12 rounds (below your normal fighting weight) against a vicious p4p king, with an incompetent corner... that takes toughness AND skill.

I kind of hope he fights Marquez because I'd get a ticket so I could see the legend in the ring (that's Marquez, I already saw Hatton do his violent drunk imitation against Pacquiao) & a guy who is one of my favourite fighters score what I'm certain would be a great KO.
But, on the other hand I'd love to see Hatton fight Khan because it would be huge in Britain & if Khan won it would be great watching half the forum lose their minds![]()

Marquez is far tougher, he took all Mayweathers best shots and also he didnt get stopped by Manny Pacquiao, I think out of the Two that Hatton has a better chance at Cotto, the only thing that might favour Hatton with Marquez is Marquez might hit slightly lighter but I wouldnt say Hattonw ould be alot stronger and with Marquez's combination punching and Hatton catching punches with his face
Cotto fights slow

He can fight Naz at cruiserweight. That way he won't have to spend his training camp cutting weight and he can concentrate on his boxing skills and defence.

At heavyweight?

I think the only fight we should see is the burger eating contest with Naz who takes it ??

JMM will destroy Ricky Hatton, why the hell would Ricky Hatton want to fight JMM anyway. He's a horrible style match up for him, why not just try and pick up another belt at 140 then retire with a title. Lamont Peterson vs Timothy Bradley winner would be a good fight for him, or even Amir Khan but take a warm up fight first is my best advice.
