How many times a week do you have a regular training? And you run every day?

6 days a week is very good. If you really run every day for like an hour or something, no chances you'll run out of gas against Zelenoff. as I said, do not trashtalk on youtube, nothing, let him be ignorant about how you train and stuff, if it can help him to come in overconfident, it's all good business for you. How many time per week do you spare and do exercises to have more strength? By the way, good you did split up from Trainer Monkey, he never had any professional experience neither significant background in boxing, he was just creating himself a fake image to impress.

Sounds like some meaningful changes. Build a bit more muscles as well in order to get more pop and don't forget to train your abs to absorb body shots but sparring 4 times a week with a trainer overlooking what you're doing and running every damn days is a good start. If you can keep doing that till the fight, I believe you can make it. A lot of pads working too or?
